I didn't work out today because I was exhausted.  Great excuse right? Whoops.  

I ate well though!

Breakfast:
Egg whites with organic onions, yum!

Mid-Morning Snack:
Medium organic banana

Lunch:
Organic carrots and organic cucumbers
Small organic Plum
Turkey hotdog -- no bun.

During class tonight all I could think about was this delicious taco salad I was going to make when I got home.  It was exactly what I was craving and it was great! 

Dinner:
Taco salad! So delish!



Ingredients
- Ground white meat turkey with taco seasoning
- fresh organic iceburg lettuce 
- organic tomato
- organic onion
- 2 tsp sour cream
- 2 tsp shredded cheese

Of course after dinner I had some dove dark chocolate, yum! 

Tomorrow? Spin class!
